It's that time of year again, folks! Spa Week! $50.00 health and wellness treatments! And lots of indulging.
Spa Week's goal is to open the spa experience to everyone by making treatments accessible and affordable. And what better way to do just that than by dropping treatments that normally range anywhere from $100 to $500 to just $50. Amaze! Fall 2011 Spa Week is right around the corner, October 10th -- 16th, so if you haven't done so already, go ahead, indulge, and book a treatment. Or two.
To kick off the highly anticipated Fall 2011 Spa Week, I was so happy to be apart of the Spa Week Media Event earlier this week. Held at the Altman Building in NYC, this event was one big night of relaxation and beauty makeovers. I was able to learn about the benefits of mineral cosmetics (no clogged pores or irritated skin? Sign me up!) when I checked out the YOUNGBLOOD Mineral Cosmetics station. Plus, I got a mini-make-over and found a new love -- their gel eyeliner.
At the LIFESPA station, I experienced the beauty of a life-changing massage. No, seriously. When my Masseur (Bless Mike's soul!) asked, "Is the pressure okay?" I responded, "It's perfect. Continue to do it just. like. that." Needless to say, The Spa Week Media Event was definitely a highlight of my week.
And a couple weeks ago, I experienced the beauty of a facial from Spa Merge in NYC during another special event hosted by the good ol' folks over at Spa Week. The Hot Mom Spa Night was a delight as moms and our special guests were treated to our choice of a manicure, eye brow treatment, facial, or massage. I chose a manicure and a facial and loved, loved, loved how smoothly my skin felt afterwards.

Gel eye liner sounds cool and less dangerous than an eye liner pencil. Glad you had fun.
